tibe2 lapa pulak..yela mlm ni mkn biskut dgn minom horlicks je..harusla lapa..hehehe
xpe2..demi kesihatan..ecehh..yok2 je..
kalo ade berat badan yg ideal..penyakit pon ssh nk dtg kan..lepas tu nk jln byk2 pon xpenat..yg plg penting badan rasa ringan..skunk ni da terasa berat..cepat2!!
